No one should have to deal with the irritating headache of getting/renewing a mortgage if he or she can get someone else do it, especially someone who doesn’t charge you for doing all that work! And that person is Kristin! She made the process pain-free, she explained everything very well, she laid out the pros and cons clearly, and there was no pressure from her to go one way or another (eg: fixed or variable; one bank or another).
