I am bursting with gratitude for Kristin Woolard!  What a dream it was to work with her!  Most definitely an expert in her field, she is also extremely patient and kind and ALWAYS available when needed.

Our journey began 2.5 years ago when, as a self-employed individual most lenders didn’t want to touch me.  I have to admit, with limited history as a business owner and less than optimum record keeping skills, my financial picture did somewhat resemble a lump of coal at that time.

When the deal collapsed (for matters not related to financing), I felt terrible knowing that she had done so much work, yet was not paid for her time at all.  Kristin insisted that I not feel bad, but rather, follow her suggestions so that when the time was right, I could achieve a better rate and not require a co-signer.

Kristin not only worked tirelessly with me to turn my financial picture from a lump of coal into a shiny diamond but was also there every step of the way through all of the unexpected hurdles that came up regardless of the day or time.

Kristin is amazing.  I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a mortgage.  I contacted Kristin after reading other reviews of her great service and I was not disappointed.  She does all the leg work for you and finds you the best rates and best terms.  Most of the communication can be done via email and the occasional phone call if necessary.  No trying to find time to fit in a meeting not even to sign papers.  It was all done by email.

Kristin is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise and was very prompt in responding to any questions, even outside of normal business hours via email and no question was too stupid to answer.  She always had time to make sure we understood our options.  She is very friendly and has a great sense of humour which makes you feel totally at ease with all the banking, mortgage, legal lingo.
