The service and knowledge we received from Kristin was first class.  We already have pre-approvals from a couple banks, but we were unhappy with their service as they often took upwards of a week or two to get anything done, so we decided to try a broker.  I gave Kristin a call right before the weekend and she had us set up for an in-person meeting the first morning after the weekend to familiarize herself with our case (down payment, what/where we were looking, etc).  She did some back-of-the-envelope math to give us a ballpark estimate right away.  24 hours later we had our official pre-approval amount (which was also higher than what our bank offered us) and 48 hours after that we had offers from four different lenders.

Kristin is amazing.  I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a mortgage.  I contacted Kristin after reading other reviews of her great service and I was not disappointed.  She does all the leg work for you and finds you the best rates and best terms.  Most of the communication can be done via email and the occasional phone call if necessary.  No trying to find time to fit in a meeting not even to sign papers.  It was all done by email.

Kristin is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise and was very prompt in responding to any questions, even outside of normal business hours via email and no question was too stupid to answer.  She always had time to make sure we understood our options.  She is very friendly and has a great sense of humour which makes you feel totally at ease with all the banking, mortgage, legal lingo.
